苑：指有林樹木或是學術、文藝匯集地。6樓有片美麗的山景離塵不離城，窗外的綠映近在咫尺，午後的陽光灑落窗台，這片景象美得像一幅畫讓人想再在個空間裏沉靜停留，在這空間裏分享美食與廚藝交流

而現代人忙碌的生活不是忘了吃就是沒時間運動，要不就是忙到工作行程筆記上無法留白，讓自己有個閒暇可以放空沉澱，人生再忙除了家庭工作，不要忘了透過：學習、運動和美食來慰勞疲乏的身心和充實生活的能量。6(六)樓私苑就是抱著這樣的初衷經過時間的等待和淬鍊蘊育而立。

6(六)樓私苑有二個核心，一個是廚藝教室，我們會邀請各領域專長的老師分享個人專研的技術心得與教學，讓大家在食飲的文化上有所知悉可運用在生活美學上；另一個是私廚空間，我們會安排容納6-8人的私人用餐聚會，以大廚專精的西班牙菜為主軸為饕客們量身打造不同的飲食
