我們的油飯是用是台灣圓糯米，比市售它家採用的國外長糯米的米來的貴些。
我們堅持採用圓糯米是因為：對老人家、小孩、胃不好的，都比較好消化，我們的油飯冷了不會結球結塊，麻油也是用北港的黑麻油
