Building Consensus and Crafting Warmth: A Recap of Our Team's Site Visit

In preparation for our new project, our team conducted a site visit yesterday to personally experience the spatial atmosphere and explore how to integrate humanistic care into our design.

This was more than a professional field trip; it was a journey to deepen our Corporate Social Responsibility . Recognizing that our future work will positively impact society, this shared mission to "create social value" deeply resonated with the entire team.

[Project Kickoff] Our Team Travels to Chiayi for the First Meeting of the Zhongpu Township Second Columbarium Project

Yesterday, the entire architectural team from Chan Shih-Chou Architects traveled south to Chiayi and successfully held the first project meeting with the Mayor of Zhongpu Township.

During the meeting, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the preliminary design concepts and local needs, reaching a strong consensus. Moving forward, our team will continue to leverage our professional expertise and listen closely to the community. We are committed to creating a dignified, peaceful, and modern memorial space for Zhongpu Township that seamlessly integrates local culture with the natural environment.

A project briefing was recently held at the Kishu An Forest of Literature, facilitating in-depth dialogue between Fu-I Real Estate and local residents. Through meticulous site analysis and aesthetic planning, we are dedicated to the culturally rich Zhongzheng District.
