🇺🇦 Ukraine’s Independence Day

Today, on Ukraine’s Independence Day, we want to say something that comes from the heart.

We are grateful for the opportunity to live, work, create and raise our families on our native land. To wake up in Ukraine, return to our forge, light the fire and continue doing what we love — even when every day reminds us of the price we are paying for this freedom.

But this Independence Day is also a day of remembrance.

Among those who gave their life defending our country was Vitalii, a woodcarver and a member of our Fadir Tools family.

His hands once shaped wood and created beautiful things. His place in our workshop remains, and his memory remains with us. Today, his portrait stands at his workplace — a quiet reminder of the man who was here, worked beside us, and created with his own hands.

Vitalii’s wife and son are now facing life without him, carrying his memory and love with them every day.

He will never see his son grow up. He will never return to his workshop. And no words can make that loss smaller.

But because of people like Vitalii, we have the opportunity to continue living and working on our land.

So today, we celebrate Ukraine not only with pride, but with gratitude and remembrance.

Freedom has a price. Independence has a price.
And we will never forget those who paid it with their lives.

🇺🇦 Happy Independence Day, Ukraine.
May our land be free. May our people be safe.
And may the work of those who gave everything for Ukraine never be forgotten.
