fish cakes
📖 Ingredients:
- Fish fillet - 600 g.
- Corn starch - 2 tbsp. l.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Bow - 1 pc.
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Water - 300 ml.
- Breadcrumbs - 40 g.
🧑🏻🍳 Cooking:
1. Grate carrots. Onion cut into cubes.
2. Grind the fish fillet in a blender, mix with starch, yogurt or sour cream, onions and carrots, salt and pepper.
3. Form cutlets with wet hands, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides over medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. Mix the tomato paste with water, pour over the cutlets, simmer for 5 minutes under the lid and serve.
