Delicate orange cheesecake
per 100 grams - 80.86 kcal

Ingredients:
For the base:
Oat flakes - 100 g
Plum puree - 70 g (or apple)
Proteins - 1 pc.
Cocoa - 5 g
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Sweetener - to taste
For the cheesecake:
Orange - 1 pc.
Yolks - 1 pc.
Egg - 1 pc
Fat-free cottage cheese - 750 g (soft)
Semolina - 10 g
Sweetener - to taste
Cooking:
For the base, mix everything, put it in a 20 cm detachable form, covered with baking paper, tamp and place in an oven preheated to 190C. Bake 15 minutes.
Boil the orange until soft. This can be done in the microwave, at full power, for about 5-6 minutes. The orange should be soft but not fall apart. Cool slightly and grind thoroughly in a blender. Mix orange puree with the rest of the ingredients. Pour over the base and put in the oven at 160C for 1 hour. Baking time may be longer depending on the oven. See that it grabs at the edges, and remains a little mobile in the middle.
Cool the finished cheesecake and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, more is better, ideal for the night!
