📖Ingredients:

- Butter - 4 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- Onion - 0.5 pcs.
- Champignons - 500 g.
- Dry white wine - 2 tbsp. l. (optional)
- Thyme leaves - 1 tsp.
- Fresh parsley - 0.5 bunch
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Salt, pepper - to taste

1. Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan.

This recipe is quite simple to prepare, but the dish turns out to be very tasty and fragrant, due to the filling and herbs. To prepare the dish we need:
Chicken breast 500 g
Sulugini cheese 150 g
Butter 50 g
Garlic 1 clove
Italian herb blend 1 teaspoon
Thyme several sprigs
Salt and black pepper to taste
We wash the chicken breast, dry it, make a longitudinal incision to make a pocket for the filling. In a separate bowl, mix butter, crushed garlic, Italian herbs, thyme, black pepper, salt. Add suluguni cubes to the mixture and mix everything well.
