Upstairs, the spatial logic becomes more defined - seating is arranged with a clearer rhythm, shaping a stronger sense of order and focus within the lounge.

Above it, a large custom-made rounded lamp anchors the composition. It doesn’t just illuminate the space - it gathers it, acting as a central force that unifies the entire upper floor.

The kitchen is partially open, keeping the process visible and the experience alive. It connects directly with the dining area, reinforcing transparency and interaction.

Three moods, one building -

Kompot unfolds across a two-storey volume with panoramic windows and high ceilings, quietly divided into three distinct zones.

The ground floor is dynamic and lively, always in motion. The second floor settles into something calmer and more ordered, made for lingering. And wrapping the building on both sides, a generous terrace blurs the line between inside and out.

A 100-square-metre macramé panel became one of the key emotional elements of the Romantic Lounge at .
Handcrafted from 1,500 kilograms of yarn over two months, it transforms textile into architecture.

By day, Romantic Lounge at belongs to the light - natural light pouring through panoramic windows, pulling every eye toward the mountains outside.

By evening, the fireplace takes over. Guests drift toward it without thinking, the way people have always drifted toward fire. Warmer, quieter, more intimate.

The ceiling fans in Romantic Lounge are not a technical solution with a decorative finish. They are objects where function and craft are inseparable: two-metre blades hand-woven from rush. They ventilate, illuminate, and set the rhythm of the space — all at the same time.

The spiral staircase works in much the same way. It’s not simply a way to move between levels — it’s a vertical gesture that organises the room around itself, adding a sense of movement and height to a space already defined by complex geometry.

Сьогодні хочемо розповісти про наш новий унікальний кейс – Romantic Lounge, що виріс на даху готелю .

Річ у тому, що SPA-зона, що займає верхній поверх готелю, користується підвищеною популярністю. В ній відпочивають гості одразу декількох корпусів, що належать до структури Mountain Residence, тому вільних лежаків біля басейну або навпроти видових вікон бракує.

Нова зала дає більше простору для розслабленого споглядання гірських краєвидів. Також це простір для йоги та інших групових тренувань, які проводять у Mountain Residence.

Але як збудувати новий об’єм на даху готелю, що працює, враховуючи висотні роботи на рівні 12-го поверху (42 метри від землі), вітрове навантаження, технічні обмеження та стислі терміни.

Розповідаємо. Площа нової зали – 452 квадратні метри. В основі рішення – дерев’яна просторова конструкція. Нерівномірний крок колон задає складну геометрію, яка вимагала ювелірної точності у проєктуванні та монтажі. Кожен елемент каркаса виготовлявся за окремим кресленням, а стикування стельових балок під різними кутами було вирішене за принципом пазла. Інженерні системи, зокрема припливно-витяжна вентиляція, повністю інтегровані в конструкцію і залишаються непомітними.

А що по строках? Два місяці. Дерев’яна конструкція була виготовлена за один місяць. Далі її привезли, підняли і зібрали, як великий конструктор. Монтажні роботи на даху зайняли два тижні.
