Jooby Europe Jooby is a brand consisting of Smart City solutions from Infomir group, a Ukrainian IT company.

Jooby Smart Lighting comprises solutions for streets, bridges, parks, public gardens, boulevards, parking lots, and industrial facilities. Jooby smart luminaires can operate either autonomously, with a calendar-based schedule, or manually through the Jooby CMS administration panel. With optimized brightness settings, they can achieve energy savings of up to 80%. Jooby RDC comprises both devices and software for the smart tracking of water, gas, heat, and electricity consumption in residential buildings, industrial facilities, and for servicing small and medium-sized businesses. Jooby radio modules automatically collect meter readings and transmit them to the Jooby Dashboard administration panel over LoRaWAN® wireless technology. Administrators can then access reports on utility consumption, meter and radio module status, connection quality, and battery level.

Can you switch to remote meter reading while keeping your existing meters?

With compatible models, yes. Retrofitting equips existing meters with sensors and radio modules that automatically collect readings and transmit them wirelessly.

You can start with a selected site to verify device compatibility, network coverage, and data delivery to your metering system. The pilot results can then guide a wider rollout.

Jooby offers retrofit solutions based on LoRaWAN and NB-IoT. Choosing the right solution starts with your project requirements: which meters are installed, where they are located, which network is available, and how often you need readings.

At Enlit Europe 2026, let’s discuss how this approach could work for your infrastructure. Bring a list of your meter models and a brief outline of your project so we can explore the options together.

Every meter reading is backed by an entire system. At Enlit Europe 2026, we’ll show you how to build that system with Jooby.

For remote metering to work effectively, every stage needs to be connected: capture the readings, transmit them over a wireless network, and make the data available in the utility provider’s system.

Jooby brings together the essential components: retrofit sensors and radio modules for existing meters, smart meters, LoRaWAN gateways, and tools for network and data management. LoRaWAN- and NB-IoT-based solutions make it possible to adapt the system to different connectivity conditions and project requirements.

At the exhibition, we’ll discuss how these components work together and how to build a system around your infrastructure — from equipment selection to data integration. We invite utility providers, municipalities, and system integrators to discover Jooby solutions and discuss their projects with our team.

Benefits of Smart Gas Metering for Resource Providers

Manual gas meter reading becomes increasingly inefficient as the number of subscribers and metering points grows. Smart gas metering automates data collection, provides regular information on device status and consumption, and helps resource providers detect anomalies faster.

In this article, we explore the key benefits of smart gas metering and how it can improve billing, analytics, operational efficiency, and cost management: https://surl.li/usedaq

What Is IoT in a Smart City: An Explanation for Municipalities and Developers

Smart city services rely on an underlying IoT infrastructure of sensors, meters, gateways, communication networks, and software that continuously collects data from physical assets. For municipalities, utilities, developers, and HOAs, the real value lies in using this data to monitor infrastructure, detect issues, and support better operational decisions.

In this article, we explain what IoT means in a smart city and how it can be applied to modern urban infrastructure: https://surl.li/owiduh

How Integrators Can Build IoT Solutions Based on LoRaWAN and NB-IoT

IoT projects are increasingly moving beyond individual sensors toward complete systems that combine devices, connectivity, data platforms, integrations, and a scalable operating model. For system integrators, this creates new opportunities to design solutions tailored to specific infrastructure and business requirements.

In this article, we explore how integrators can build IoT solutions based on LoRaWAN and NB-IoT for utilities, smart buildings, municipalities, and industrial enterprises: https://surl.li/uyhtti

How to Assess Whether a Building or District Is Ready for IoT Implementation Before Purchasing Equipment

Before investing in meters, sensors, and gateways, organizations need to understand whether a building, residential complex, district, or municipal infrastructure is actually ready for IoT implementation. Connectivity, installation conditions, data requirements, maintenance, and future scalability can all affect the success and cost of the project.

In this article, we explain how to assess IoT readiness and identify potential challenges before purchasing equipment: https://surl.li/uuqjle

LoRaWAN in Multiservice Projects: Gas, Water, and Heat in One Network

As utility infrastructure becomes more connected, managing separate networks for water, gas, heat, and other services is increasingly inefficient. A single LoRaWAN network can support multiple utility applications, simplifying operations while reducing infrastructure costs.

In this article, we explain how LoRaWAN enables multiservice smart metering projects and what to consider when designing a unified network for multiple utilities: https://surl.li/akokqs
