Проєктуючи по ВІМ-технології ми створюємо не просто «картинку», а точну 3D модель об’єкта з інженерно-технічними рішеннями. Ми завантажуємо цю модель замовнику та підрядникам на телефон. Це значно покращує комунікацію і розуміння самого проєкта та процесу реалізації, так як ми розшаровуємо модель на реальні етапи будівництва. Завантажена на етапі Ескізного проєкту модель оновлюється в процесі проєктування. Таким чином замовник має можливість поетапного контролю віртуального створення його об’єкта.

Designing with BIM technology, we create not just a “visual”, but an accurate 3D model of the project with integrated engineering solutions.

We provide this model to the client and contractors directly on their mobile devices. This significantly improves communication and understanding of both the project and the construction process, as the model is structured into real construction stages.

The model, initially delivered at the concept design stage, is continuously updated throughout the design process. This allows the client to monitor the step-by-step virtual development of their project.
