The soap-making process starts with boiling the ingredients. To save on high electricity costs, the client uses gas burners. We added a geared motor to ensure the soap is mixed perfectly and stays uniform. Finally, the client in Tanzania pours the soap into a cooling pool to let it set before it is ready for use.
