This informal drop-in gathering is designed for bread bakers of all skill levels. Whether you're just getting started or have been baking for years, Lisa will be available to answer questions, share techniques, discuss recipes, troubleshoot problems, and talk all things sourdough.
Stop by anytime between 3:00 and 5:00 PM—stay for a few minutes or the entire session. Bring your questions, photos of your loaves, or simply your curiosity.

Starter care and maintenance
