NEW PRODUCT ALERT-Papa Joe’s Woodshop will be adding 15 new sunflower styles tomorrow at the Abingdon Farmers Market starting at 8 AM. The sunflowers are created from different species of wood and are sure to bring a smile to all those who add them to their summer decor. Stop by our tent tomorrow at the Abington, farmers market and pick up one for yourself. 

Come on over to the Farmers Market in Damascus. We will be set up until 7 PM selling the wooden sunflowers.

I’m excited to share information about the expansion at Papa Joe‘s Woodshop. I’m currently in the process of digging down to get ready to pour a concrete floor in the north addition. When completed this will allow me to work with bigger items such as tables and benches.

Right now, my tailor in front and loader are doing the majority of the work to get the floor down to where I need it to be level

NEW PRODUCT ALERT - Introducing what I hope will be the signature project to originate from Papa Joe’s Woodshop. I called this first iteration Dogs of My Life. I created it for my cousin that is in a long-term care facility here in Abingdon. It commemorates the four dogs that he has had during his lifetime. It also serves as a conversation piece for the aides and care staff as well as visitors that come to see him.

This item can be customized in multiple ways. If you want to commemorate one pet or many, you have that freedom. You can also make the title whatever suits your needs. Another great feature is multiple wood species, and finish options.

The only limit to this product is your imagination. If you would like to see it in person, it will be at the Abingdon Farmers Market throughout the summer and fall. Also, it will be offered on Etsy in the coming weeks. Simply look for Papa Joe’s Woodshop on ETSY. This item can be shipped anywhere in the USA.

Let me know if I can help you create a lasting memory of the beloved pets in your life. You can also have one of these with pets that are still in your life. Again the limitations are few.
