❤️🌸We had such fun yesterday during Sit and Stitch! The room was full, lots of chatter, sharing stories and the needles and hooks were flying!🤭

🎉🎉We have two lovely knitters to celebrate today:
🧶Carol finished her gorgeous Happenings Wrap by Laura Tabbut. It is a labor of love, but the colors are stunning! Great job Carol!❤️
🧶Pamma was inspired by our Jethro Cardigan sample by Tanis Lavallee featured during our Miss Babs Trunk Show. She used Miss Babs Yowza to crochet and knit this cozy comfy sweater…buttons are next.😊 We are all in love with it!❤️

🧶And on a personal note, I finished the Killer Queen Cowl by Mary Annarella. Such a super fun pattern! I chose to use Lonesome Pine Yarnworks squishy DK in our exclusive custom colors Mint to be Merry and Amber Solstice. Thrilled with how it turned out!!

🌸Beginner Classes🌸

🧶Sat., Sept 11th: Beginning Knitting, 11-1pm Join a small group and learn the basics - knit stitch, purl stitch and how to cast on. $40

🧶Sat, Sept 26th: Beginning Crochet, 11-1pm Join a small group to learn the basics - how to chain and single crochet your first stitches. $40

☎️Call 276-628-2143 or email [email protected] to make your class reservation for beginner classes. Registration fee is due at time of reservation to ensure you have a seat!😊

🌸Intermediate Knitting Classes🌸

🧶Wed, Sept 16th: Portland Cap Class, 2-4pm Work with one skein of Blue Sky Fibers Tweed, a yummy speckled Aran weight yarn, to create a cozy ribbed hat with one round of cables. $40

🧶Sat, Sept 19th: Mad for Plaid Colorwork Class, 11-1pm Create an adorable plaid hat with 2 skeins of Berroco Vintage Worsted, a machine washable super soft yarn. Homework for the class: Cast on 96 st with US 5 circular, join in the round and complete 1.5" of ribbing. $40

I am working on 2 main projects right now…

🧶The Killer Queen Cowl in our custom exclusive colorways from Lonesome Pine Yarnworks: Amber Solstice and Merry Mint.❤️💚 This pattern is SO much fun and has been around for a while, but has always been in my Ravelry Library! On my last section, so it should be finished soon!

🧶The Erika Wrap in Miss Babs Yowza in Thyme. The basket weave in this pattern is gorgeous and is one selected by our very own Secret Stitch Society! Excited to wear this in the fall!💚💚
