Sometimes in life, you meet people who start out as strangers but somehow, along the way, become family. For us, that person is Carl. ❤️

Carl isn’t just someone we met while buying treasures—he has become someone we genuinely love and look forward to seeing. For the past 5–6 weekends, he has welcomed us into his home and let us dig through his treasures, and along the way, he has taught us so much. He is one of the funniest, kindest, and smartest people we’ve met—especially when it comes to home interiors! 😂

We are so incredibly grateful for Carl and for every story, laugh, lesson, and treasure he has shared with us. Today may have marked the end of this particular adventure, but it certainly wasn’t the last time we’ll see him. We’ll keep showing up on the weekends to see what treasures he’s found, hear his stories, laugh until our stomachs hurt, and, of course, sit around together drinking Gatorade like that’s a perfectly normal Saturday tradition. 😂❤️

We love you, Carl, and we appreciate you more than you know. Some of the best people you meet in life are the ones you never expected to find—and we’re pretty lucky that we found you. ❤️

A lot of Gatorade was drank today. It was sooooooo hot and humid. And a lot of boxes were dug thru. Another day with our friend Carl is in the books! Can’t wait to see him again next weekend.
