Excessive heat warning in effect time to start cooking!! Just like the good old days. It is really not that bad the kitchen at the Patch was 110 degrees year round. We made extra of everything if you still want to get your Cornpatch fix in today, just message us with your order. We will start cooking around 2pm, just in case anyone wants anything earlier than 3pm. Thanks again for your continued support of our Mom n' Pop in home business! We spent the Fourth of July celebrating our youngest 14th Birthday attending the Good Guys car show (Ken and Jackson's favorite). We had 3 rides there, the Mustang, Pinto, and the Lightning. Saw a lot of you guys there too, thanks for stopping to say hi and chat a bit.

The Cornpatch building at 309 1st St Grimes was demolished May 15th. We were sad to see it come down. Gone, but not forgotten. Still plenty of opportunities to get a taste of the Cornpatch anytime you want.

Pick up today is in Adel from 3 to 5 but we will be ready by 2 if anyone wants to grab and go early. We made lots of extra this week so if you already ordered and need more or if you still need to place an order message us and we can do that. The end is near for the old building. Don't be sad everyone we had a great run and have a ton of memories. The best part is we still are the Cornpatch! We still get to see everyone and don't have to work near as hard. Here is what we are offering for Mother's day weekend:

Who is hungry for Cornpatch for lunch today? With the storms rolling in we are cooking early, and should be ready for pick up around 1pm. If anyone wants to pick up early just shoot us a message and we will be ready.

The Corn Patch At Home will be providing homemade Potato Soup for the Washington Township Restoration project fundraiser and pie auction tomorrow, February 17th. Try to make it out to Minburn area and support this great cause!
