Excuse our Sunday evening dinner flex but also, the smoker was full of short bibs so I used the oven to make this chef’s kiss of a Mac and cheese and it was still amazing!

Also nailed down my baked bean recipe and will be sharing that soon. 🫘 Can you guess what kind of beans I used?

Planted quite a few. Most died. But 2-3 are thriving so though I’d love to cook them down with some potatoes and butter, I’m going to make the most of my sown myself, organically grown cabbage heads by turning them into probiotic-rich, gut healthy sauerkraut. 🥬
