A Message From the 3 Craft Chicks Family ❤️
Some things are incredibly difficult to put into words, and this is one of them.
It is with very heavy hearts that we share the passing of Jim. Michele’s husband and Lauren’s dad who went home to be with the Lord almost a month ago after a courageous two-year battle with brain cancer.
For those of you who have been part of our 3 Craft Chicks family over the years, you probably know that Jim was so much more than just our family. He was a huge part of our business and a familiar face to so many of you. Whether he was helping behind the scenes, lending a hand with events, helping us solve all the problems, or simply being there alongside us, he was woven into so much of what we have built.
Over the past month, we have stepped back as a family to grieve, spend time together, and begin navigating life without him. We know this has meant delayed orders, rescheduled events, and changes along the way, and we are incredibly grateful for the patience, grace, and understanding you have shown us during this time. Those that have signed up for events coming up we are working on notifying every one of the changes and what the new scheduled dates will be.❤️
We also want you to know that 3 Craft Chicks is NOT going anywhere.
As difficult as this season has been, we are looking forward to getting back to the business we love and continuing to build what we have worked so hard to create. In many ways, moving forward with 3 Craft Chicks feels even more important now. Jim believed in us, supported us, and was proud of what we were building, and we want to carry that forward.
Our hearts are incredibly broken, but we are also very excited about what the future holds for 3 Craft Chicks. We have so many ideas, new products, classes, events, and things we can’t wait to share with you. We hope you’ll continue to be part of this next chapter with us.
Thank you for supporting our small business, for your patience during these past couple of years, especially these last several months and most of all, for loving and supporting our family through one of the hardest seasons of our lives.
We are looking forward to creating, crafting, connecting, and sharing lots of exciting things with all of you again soon.
Thank you for being part of the 3 Craft Chicks family through the good times and bad. This business is truly so much more than “just paper”. ❤️
With love,
Michele & Lauren
