🚨 Barnyard Commandos 🚨

If you know… you KNOW. 😂

Mutant farm animals with weapons, Saturday morning cartoon energy, and just enough nightmare fuel to make the 90s unforgettable. 🐷💥

This was one of those toy lines that felt completely unhinged in the best way possible.

The 90s really looked at a bunch of farm animals, gave them military gear, and said, “Yep… kids will love this.” 😂

And honestly? They weren’t wrong.

Everybody had SOMETHING as a kid that scared them… but you loved it anyway 😂

Goosebumps books.
SNICK marathons.
Are You Afraid of the Dark?
Tales From the Crypt.
The weird soundtracks and creepy theme songs that still instantly take you back… 🎵💀
Staying up way too late watching stuff you probably shouldn’t have…

…and somehow being terrified was part of the fun 😭👻📚

One thing about us… we never really grew out of any of it 😭🎃

At some point we realized all the weird spooky stuff we loved as kids deserved its own section in The Lab… so of course that turned into an entire wall 😂👻

Still adding to and building our own little world full of the stuff that made childhood feel fun.

And yeah… we’ve got a lot more corners to show. 👀🔥

Happy Happy 🐫 Wednesday 😎✨ Hope your day gave you at least ONE thing to smile about 😊

It’s kinda wild looking around this room and realizing half this stuff started as:

“Omg we need that.” 😂

…and somehow turned into shelves full of cereal 🥣 cartoons 📼 Funkos 🐢 weird nostalgia 👾 horror stuff 😈 bead pieces 🔥 and things most people probably forgot even existed 😭

Honestly… the longer you stare at this picture, the more random stuff starts showing up 👀😂

Still not showing all of it yet - but here’s another peak 😏 This is one of my favorite walls! Mike killed it!

🤘🟢 Happy Saturday evening 😎⚡️

The Lab is officially finished… Mike killed it with all his hard work and it definitely shows 🫶

…but we’re not showing all of it at once 😏🔥

For now though? Here’s one of my favorite corners 👀

Basically… if 90s Nickelodeon exploded and somehow ended up inside our house years later 😭🟢💥

And if you know me (Jess) at all… then you already know Rocko HAD to make the wall 😂💙

This room slowly turned into a mix of childhood obsessions, nostalgia, and all the stuff our younger selves would’ve thought was the coolest thing ever.

(…they’d be right 😂)

12-year-old us would’ve walked in here and immediately started pointing at everything.

And the crazy part?

This STILL isn’t the whole Lab 👀⚡️

“Yeah this’ll probably take a weekend.” 😌

…and then somehow your entire personality becomes:

😭 “Wait… redo it.”

Anyway…

This is some of the chaos behind what we’ve been building lately 👀🔥

What started as a few ideas turned into late nights, changing plans halfway through, rebuilding things twice, and Mike deciding “more slime” was apparently the answer 😂

There were moments we thought:

“Yep… this is dumb.”
…and then somehow it kept turning into something cooler 😭🛠️

So for now…

Here’s some of the behind-the-scenes madness before everything started coming together ⚡️🧪

Michelangelo finally showed up 🐢🍕🔥

And honestly…
this might be the most “TMNT” one out of all of them 😂

Between all the upgrades happening in the Lab lately, Mike FINALLY found time to finish the Michelangelo bead piece 👏🔥

And honestly?
It was worth the wait 😭🐢

The whole thing just screams chaos, pizza, and pure 90s energy 🍕💥

The colors POP on this one.
The expression is perfect.
And somehow Mike managed to make beads look like Mikey is about to say something completely unhinged 💀😂

Lowkey feels weird finally having the whole turtle squad finished after all this time 👏🐢

Well ya’ll…. It’s been a LONG few months of arguments, nostalgia, heartbreak, betrayal, and some absolutely questionable voting decisions… 😂🎮🔥

But after all the chaos… we FINALLY have our Renegade Revolt Epic 90s Video Game Showdown champion 👑

SUPER MARIO 64 🍄

Out of EVERY game in the entire tournament…
Super Mario 64 just beat Mortal Kombat II in the finals and officially takes the crown 🏆

Honestly?
I knew this game was gonna win from the beginning 😂 It’s A MARIOOO!

The music.
The levels.
The nostalgia.
The HOURS spent trying to get 120 stars.
Getting launched by Chain Chomp.
Throwing Bowser into a bomb 47 times before finally hitting it 😭

This game really was a whole era. It was our childhood 💕

And somehow after all these weeks of voting…
the N64 king survived it all 👏🔥

This tournament was honestly one of my favorite things we’ve done 🫶
The debates were chaotic.
Some of y’all have TERRIBLE opinions 🤷‍♀️😂
And a few eliminations still hurt my soul lol

But this was fun as hell.
Appreciate everybody that voted and kept this thing going every round 🎮❤️

Now the REAL question…

Is Super Mario 64 actually the greatest 90s game ever made… or did your favorite get robbed? 👀

Happy Mother’s Day to all the badass moms holding everything together with caffeine, chaos, no sleep, and pure survival mode 😂🫶💐

And honestly… shoutout to the single dads, stepmoms, fur moms and anybody else who’s stepped into that role in someone’s life too. Families don’t always look “traditional,” but showing up, loving hard, and doing your best will always matter 🤍

Hope today brings good food, old memories, laughs that hurt your stomach, and at least ONE day where nobody asks you where their charger is and “What’s for dinner?” 🤣😭✨

Also sending love to the people missing their moms today or struggling through today for any reason. You’re not forgotten either 🫶

Alright… NOW this is what I’ve been waiting for 😤🔥

It’s been FOREVER since we’ve had a real new cereal drop… and then a little bird told me where to look 👀

Sure enough… I head to my test store and there it is just sitting on the shelf like it’s been there the whole time 🤨

Cinnamon Toast Crunch
ROOT BEER FLOAT 🥤🥣

And honestly… today’s been a good day.

Already found something new I threw up on my personal earlier… and now THIS?? 👀🔥

I’m not even gonna lie… I don’t know how to feel about this one.

I’m not a big root beer person like that… so this could go one of two ways REAL fast 😬😂

But you already know I had to grab it.

First cereal in a minute… and THIS is what they come out with??

Yeah… we’re trying it.

This one meant more than just a VCR.

I had been looking for one for The Lab…
just watching… hoping something would pop up.

Then a local guy posted this…
free to a good home.

I messaged him…
he replied right away…
and couldn’t have been nicer.

No hassle.
No catch.
Just kindness.

And that’s when it really hit me…

The Lab isn’t just something we’re building anymore.
It’s something people are helping bring to life.

A lot of what you see in here didn’t come from stores.
It came from basements… attics… storage bins…
things people held onto for years.

Old VHS tapes.
Toys from the 80s and 90s.
Pieces of childhood that still carry memories.

Stuff that used to sit on shelves…
or live in living rooms…
or play on TVs after school.

Now it’s all coming together in one place.

Not just as a collection…
but as a feeling.

And honestly… we couldn’t be more grateful.

To everyone who’s donated…
everyone who’s reached out…
everyone who’s helped build this…

Thank you. It means a ton. Really 🙏

something from back then…
