So a little bit about this whole website and what we are trying to do here . About 6 or 7 years ago we ( me , my man and our 5 kids and set out for the four corners . Along the way we found Taos, New Mexico. Ended up staying there for days and observing many of the customs!. One of which is translated as the Day of the Dead..

It is often confused in the states as a type of Halloween . This is inaccurate . It is actually a celebration of life and waiting for the ones we have lost to return home for a day .. , and reunite .

And it impacted me so that I went back to Mexico several times to learn as much as I could and bring back the beauty of this custom and holiday.
