It takes a village: On the day we photographed this project last winter, the roads were icy and some local schools were delayed. And the team who made this photoshoot come together was comprised of a group of creative working moms, who, I assume, feel just as discombobulated as I do when a snow delay affects work plans. Between the beautiful chalkboard calligraphy by ; the most gorgeous blooms by , the picture-perfect compositions by and the behind-the-scenes work by LOD project manager , it struck me that morning how lucky I am to collaborate with these (and so many other!) fabulous women who balance careers and families.
