Okay folks, it’s been a while since we have shown anything on here. Hope everyone is okay, and we don’t know how many of you still follow. We have been sitting on this one for about 2 years. It’s a rare model, and don’t know if there is any more of these anywhere. Not exactly sure what to call it, but we refer it to a bookcase/ bench. It’s solid oak, and breaks down into sections. It is monumental in size, has the original wavy Victorian glass, double doors, bench seat that lifts up for even more storage, carved faces above the armrests, 3 wooden shelves to store lots of books. It was more than likely custom built for a huge Victorian mansion that the owner really loved books. Measures 91” tall, 52” wide, and 32” deep. Take notice of the very intricate detailed scrolled carvings above the bench section and on the bench section itself. Let me know what you think. Would love to hear from y’all.
