🚨 NEW ORDER ANNOUNCEMENT! 🚨

IKON Fire is proud to announce that Laramie County Fire District #3 in Albin, Wyoming, has officially placed another order for a Rosenbauer Group pumper-tender! Located right along the Wyoming and Nebraska border, this department relies heavily on high-capacity apparatus to handle tough rural incidents. Designed to match a previous delivery, this new build will seamlessly extend the department’s reach, water capacity, and tactical capabilities across their district.

This rugged rig will sit on a 2027 Kenworth T-880 chassis powered by a Cummins X15 500-HP engine paired with an Allison 4500 EVS transmission. Built for heavy loads, it features a 20,000-lb Meritor MFS20 front axle, 46,000-lb Meritor RT46-160 rear axles, a 75-gallon fuel tank, and a Kenworth Smart Wheel for driver ergonomics. Up front, an 18-inch bumper extension houses a Task Force Tips Tornado front bumper gun with adjustable GPM, giving crews quick water application options on arrival.

The water delivery system is built for rural operations, featuring a Rosenbauer N 1500-GPM pump with pump-and-roll capability, a massive 3,000-gallon water tank, Innovative Controls pistol-grip pump controls, a 150-foot 1-inch Hannay hose reel, and a Zico electric folding drop tank rack for quick water shuttle deployment.

Wrapped in a durable Rosenbauer FX body—proudly built in South Dakota—the truck is outfitted with OnScene Solutions Access LED compartment lighting, a Rosenbauer EZ Climb ladder, Whelen M92SLC scene lights, a full Whelen emergency lighting package, and a classic Federal Signal Q2B siren.

Thank you to Laramie County Fire District #3 for continuing to put your trust in IKON Fire and Rosenbauer!

🚒 LCFD3 Wildland Team Update 🌲🔥
Our LCFD3 Wildland Team is currently hard at work assisting our neighbors in Colorado on the Aspen Acres Fire.
Personnel assigned to our wildland engine, cross-staffed with Cheyenne Fire Rescue, along with our dozer and operator, are actively engaged in fire suppression efforts. We are proud to work alongside our partner agencies to help protect lives, property, and natural resources during this challenging incident.
Please join us in wishing all firefighters a safe assignment as they continue their efforts on the fire line. We appreciate the support from our community and will provide updates as they become available.
Stay safe, everyone! 🇺🇸🚒
