Prairie Flower Crafts Prairie Flower Crafts (PFC) was founded in 1970 by Sara Fair Sleeper. She started this venture to help support the ladies of the community.

🌻 Modern quilting inspiration in a charming, old-fashioned Kansas setting!
✨ Welcoming everyone from beginners to expert makers.
🧵 Computerized long-arm quilting services to finish your projects beautifully.
👇 Drop in and create with us! At that time, they needed fabric for the backs of their quilts along with a bigger place to gather and work. After purchasing a building and a little renovation, the store was launched. The shop carried quilting and craft supplies, several knick-knacks as well as wicker baskets and furniture. Then in 2013, at the age of 96, Sara retired and sold the 43-year-old business to a local entrepreneur, Paula Royer. Now, PFC is primarily a fabric and quilt shop that serves everyone from the expert to the novice. As tradition would have it, we persevere to bring you, our wonderful customer the latest in trends while providing classic options. Currently, we carry more fabric than ever before. (Over 5000 bolts - that's equal to 50 miles of fabric.) Our offering also includes numerous notions, books, patterns, classes, and an exclusive membership group that is open to all. And, we have the best, most experienced personnel around that provide superior expertise and advice. Definitely, this store has seen many changes over the years that are synonymous with business. We not only serve the local community at our brick and mortar in Alden, Kansas, but we ship to the world from our 24/7 online store at www.prairieflowercrafts.com. Come shop with us and experience the difference!
