Am I a bit in love with the Dianne Crossbody bag? Definitely yes!! This is the second bag, but I already have a 3rd one underway.

I bought this pattern on launch day but didn’t have a chance to make it until now, but I’m not sure I can stop making them now. 😜

I made some adjustments: moved the exterior zipper to the back for easy access, made front slip pockets, and tested out a magnetic closure (inspired by .handmade)

Would anyone be interested is ordering a custom bag? I have a selection of waxed canvas to choose from. Bag measures approximately 8x7x2.5. Let me know below.

Taking Friday Night to do a little sewing for myself was a great choice! This is so fun to make I was bursting with excitement each step! I was surprise by the size, it looks bigger in all the photos, but the compact size makes this a perfect on-the-go bag. wrote such a great pattern and it comes together quick. Birthing the bag was the only challenging part. Now I just have to wait for my leather strap to arrive so I can try the cool leather strap detail.
