Our old house is still available and now listed for $484,500! When we first moved out of Del Ray I was worried we would regret moving into the typical cul-de-sac suburbs I had resisted for so long. I couldn’t be happier we did! Every time I drive along the GW Parkway and take in the trees and the river I forget I’m commuting🏡. Our dogs have room to run and everything is QUIET! No fighting for parking, no car noise, no fast food trash littering the sidewalks, no one having full volume conversations on the sidewalk outside at 2 am. We felt like we could breath. We also realized how close everything still is! 10 mins to Old Town, easy access to 495/295, a short walk to the Mount Vernon Bike Trail. We love the community so much that we bought our forever home 5 mins down the road. If you’re a 20 or 30 something on the fence about buying in Alexandria DM me! I’d love to give you more info about our house and share my experience owning and living in Fort Hunt!

Calling all vendor friends! I have a bunch of smalls leftover from my booth at Sweet Clover and now that I'm finishing up my move-in with the boy, I need to get rid of them. I have vintage Christmas ornaments, glassware, brass odds and ends, artwork, insulators, chinoiserie vases, lots of drawer pulls/knobs, and more. We're having a yard sale in June but I'm willing to give you a good deal on everything if you get it out of my house before then! Shoot me a message if you're interested!
