I had asked for your contact information from Larry McClellan. I have been working on a proposal with Larry for walk-off mats for HPE’s new global headquarters in Spring, TX. Larry came out to take initial measurements of the 20+ different mats we needed and told me he would have a sample to me along with the proposal. I am writing to let you know that in my 16 years of being in this business, I have never received such a beautiful, meticulous presentation from any vendor – everything in that box was flawless and beautiful – from the perfectly folded tissue paper to the incredibly creative deliverable. If a manager is comparing bids and received that type of delivery just for a proposal, I don’t know how that person could not choose your company.
