In our personal lives, we absolutely keep up with politics and the many changes that continue to happen around us on a daily basis. Paw Paw Laserworks as an entity has refrained from allowing our personal politics to spill over into our adventure with you, but today that changes. As a Vendor, we love every single person we interact with, we interact with thousands of you annually! Being quiet now feels like being complicit. What happened in Minneapolis is NOT ok. It’s not just this incident, but a combination of all. The unaliving of Renee Nicole Good was the straw that broke the camels back! Not just because we are LGBTQIA+, but because we believe in equality, due process, and humane treatment for everyone, no matter their story. Our love and support goes out to everyone who has been affected by the egregious actions of our current Department of Homeland Security and the 🧊 agents they employ. With that being said, we realize we may lose followers, bookings, and customers. That is your right, but we can no longer ignore what is going on around us! It’s time to stand up for what is right and just!

We know that the weather played a huge part in the decline in numbers at yesterdays Annual Craftshow here in Decatur, so I’d like to invite you to where Paw Paw Laserworks will be next, as well as many other talented crafters and artists! Open to the public is The Annual Holly Fair/Art Extravaganza at the Pokagon Band Potawatomi Health Service Family Activity Center located at 58620 Sink Road in Dowagiac! Join us this Saturday from 11-3 for some good ole Holiday cheer! Enter campus and follow main road back to the round about and follow to the right. The Health Services building is on the right at the end of that drive!
