Finally made it over to Custard on the Avenue yesterday to try the famous grilled cheese sandwich and chicken noodle soup. The best we have ever had! If you haven't been to Custard on the Avenue yet, get overthere and try the food. Oh the ice cream is pretty great to. SUPPORT ALLEN PARK BUSINESS!

Earlier this year we were asked to build a table for the Allen Park Fire Department. After months of looking for the perfect slab (10.5 feet long) and help from Nancy Knick and the Allen Park Festivities Commission, we found the right one, and today we delivered this beautiful walnut table. Thank you Allen Park Fire Department for all you do! Thank you for choosing Homestead Hardwood Furniture CO. And 5 Lakes Wood Co. to build this table. Again I want to thank Nancy Knick and Allen Park Festivities Commission for helping APFD with this special build. This has been my favorite project I have ever built!
