Celebrating some very special birthdays this week!!!! 🥳🥳🥳

Our team wouldn’t be the same without these incredible people who bring creativity, dedication and heart to everything we do!! Work hardly feels like work when I’m around these two!

And………a special shoutout to my 1st born!!!
25 years today! She amazes me day in and day out with all she accomplishes! She’s also the funniest, best big sister, incredibly talented, and keeps our family laughing non stop!

I’m the most grateful (and lucky ☘️)

I had the best time touring the stunning St. Jude Dream Homes in Southlake this week. Five incredible homes, built side-by-side by five of the area’s top custom builders—all coming together for one amazing cause.

What makes this event so special is the collaboration. Builders, designers, vendors, and trades generously donate their time, talent, and products to create these beautiful homes and raise over $1 million to help fight childhood cancer through St. Jude.

These homes showcase some of the best new ideas in architecture, materials, and interior design, and the public gets the rare opportunity to tour them for free. It’s an incredible platform for creativity and generosity.

I left feeling so inspired—camera roll full of ideas and already thinking about how to incorporate some of these concepts into future projects for my own clients.

Design is always evolving, and opportunities like this are one of the best ways to stay inspired and connected to the incredible talent in our industry.

This was a great remodel! This clients home had the best bones - the windows, natural light, open ceilings, trim work: all it needed was a few months with a great designer! She’s now ready to show off again for at least a few decades.

This bathroom wasn’t short on square footage...it was short on intention.

By reworking the floorplan, we were able to trade unused space for what mattered most: a larger shower, better flow, and a layout that actually works for real life.

This transformation is a perfect example of why great design starts before demo. When you pause to rethink how a space functions, the end result feels effortless - even though every inch was carefully considered.

The result:
✨ More breathing room
✨ Better circulation
✨ A bathroom that feels calm, modern, and purpose-built

This bedroom didn’t need to be reinvented...it needed to be reimagined.

By softening the palette, refining the scale, and layering in texture and warmth, we transformed this space into a calm, elevated retreat that finally feels as good as it looks.

This is what happens when you let the process lead:
✔️ intentional furniture swaps
✔️ balanced symmetry
✔️ thoughtful styling that feels effortless (but isn’t accidental)
