Are you feeling kind of Charlie Brown-ed? Are you feeling like the craziness and chaos and tumultuous pace of the season has left you drained?

Are you feeling like you’re part of the season at all?

Many do not -especially this time of year. Loneliness and depression are very real for so many.

But this light that came into the world 2000 years ago, did not come for the privileged or the Rich or For everyone that was doing just fine on their own- this light that came into the world, the light of the word become flesh, the light of God sending his son Jesus -THIS light was given to EVERYONE and what I want for all of you to know is that this is yours as well

Despite what you may think of yourself, despite what you may think of what you’ve done, despite what you believe others think of you, this light came for YOU just as much as it did for me - and I want you to have it.

My Christmas wish this year is that everyone that has not yet been given the invitation to receive this light - or has not yet made a decision to do so- finally accept this amazing life-changing light into their darkness -so that the darkness would never again overcome it.

On the left is “upon this rock “ Inspired by the text from Matthew 16:18. After the resurrection, and shortly before the ascension, Jesus is giving final instructions to his disciples. He renames Simon “Peter”meaning “the rock” - that he will be the focal drive of the message going forward
