We're hiring an installer/technician!

Job Description:

K&H has an opening on our team performing window treatment installations. This includes installation of shades and blinds in commercial buildings. Position requires a high level of productivity, safety while achieving a quality finished product and a strong commitment to team cooperation.

Requirements:

General carpentry skills
Comfortable working with power tools
Comfortable working on tall ladders/scaffolding
Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
Valid PA driver’s license and own daily transportation to office
Must be able to pass Criminal Background, Child Abuse, and Federal Clearances
Problem solving skills to identify and resolve problems promptly
Strong verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and precision

Full time: 40 hours per week- 4 day work week Monday-Thursday

Salary hourly plus prevailing wage where applicable

Paid travel to and from job sites in company vehicle

Vacation, paid holidays, contribution to medical expenses, retirement matching, dental and life insurance

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

The K&H team recently installed Draper Solar Roller Shades at Gross McGinley’s Allentown headquarters, coordinating closely with the firm’s Human Resources Manager, Christina A.

Christina shared: “We were very happy with the entire process, from measuring, quoting, ordering, and installation—it was seamless. The installers were efficient, clean, and organized. We now have great blinds that are easy to use, sleek and aesthetically pleasing, and they significantly improve light control throughout our new suite of conference rooms and all of our offices. We appreciate the ease with which we were able to coordinate this two-phase project.”

K&H was proud to support Gross McGinley as they updated and invested in their historic building in Center City Allentown!

After years of planning and saving, the Waynewood Association in Lake Ariel, PA was ready to transform their community house with a new stage curtain. The K&H team was ready for the job, just in time for a upcoming play. A new track system and beautiful velour curtains give the stage an updated look, that also preserves the style of the treasured space. We hope the entire Waynewood community enjoys this new stage for many years to come!
