Hi, I’m Chloe, co-founder and lead designer behind Linen House Designs.

Over the past six years, Chloe Elizabeth Interiors has grown into something I am incredibly proud of. Along the way, I discovered that my favorite projects were never simply about selecting furniture or choosing paint colors—they were about helping people tell a story through their home. Whether creating a space for a family to live in and love or preparing a property to make a lasting first impression, I found that the most rewarding part of my work was helping homes reach their fullest potential.

That belief became the foundation of Linen House Designs. Through both interior design and home staging, our goal is to create spaces that feel warm, inviting, and intentional. I believe the best homes are thoughtfully layered with meaningful details, natural textures, and pieces that tell a story.

Hi, I’m Renee, co-founder and lead home stager of Linen House Designs.

With a degree in Textiles from North Carolina State University and more than 20 years of experience in visual merchandising, space planning, and project management, I founded Creative Concepts Staging in 2016 to combine my passion for design with my entrepreneurial spirit.

For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping realtors, builders, investors, and homeowners transform properties into show-ready homes that attract buyers and maximize value. As an Accredited Staging Professional, I believe every home has a story to tell, and my goal is to create spaces where buyers can truly envision themselves living.

Along the way, I’ve been honored to be featured on HGTV’s House Hunters, recognized twice by VoyageATL magazine, and named Best Staging Company by Best of My Woodstock/Canton magazine in 2023, 2024, and 2025. When I’m not staging homes, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and playing tennis.

Today, as co-founder of Linen House Designs, I’m excited to begin this new chapter, where we’ll continue helping clients create beautiful, inviting spaces through thoughtful design, expert staging, and exceptional service.

Introducing Linen House Designs

We are excited to officially introduce Linen House Designs, a new chapter built on a shared passion for beautiful design, thoughtful staging, and creating spaces that inspire.

We’re Renee Tjomstol and Chloe Develasco, and we are thrilled to be combining our experience, creativity, and love for design to serve homeowners, builders, realtors, and investors throughout North Atlanta and beyond. Together, we share over 16 years of experience in the Home Staging and Interior Design space.

We founded Linen House Designs to offer both professional home staging and expanded interior design services. Whether preparing a home for sale, furnishing a model home, refreshing a single room, or designing an entire home, our goal is to create spaces that feel welcoming, intentional, and unforgettable.

We are so excited for this journey and grateful for the opportunity to work with amazing clients and partners along the way. Thank you for being part of our story. We can’t wait to share what’s ahead!
