We wanted this bath to feel like its own retreat, so many of the more functional elements disappear into the design. The medicine cabinets are recessed flush behind the mirrors, nearly invisible apart from a hairline reveal.

Achieving that meant furring out the wall for enough depth to hold the cabinet and insulation, coordinated closely with the build team. It's one of my favorite details in the home.

Tailored entirely to this family, this laundry room was built around their routine. Here that meant a custom workspace that sits in front of the window, made for sewing and the everyday tasks that need good light and a place to spread out.

Floating wood shelves, herringbone tile, and storage worked into every wall keep the room as calm as it is hardworking.
