Help me win the 2025 Greatest Baker title, share my work in the pages of Bake from Scratch, and take home $10,000.

Tell us about your signature bake and why it’s your most popular treat.
My signature bake includes a strawberry moist cake or cupcakes, strawberry crunch topping with strawberry filling, frosted with either buttercream, whipped or cream cheese frosting. As well for the Pumpkin spice tres leches cake. Everyone loves a tres leches cake, just add the fall flavor for the pumpkin lovers ! This makes the perfect pot luck or thanksgiving dessert!

Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
Not only do I have a favorite person but my family & customers who continue to support my passion for baking! My favorite person would be my 2 year old daughter who watches my every step when baking and is my taste tester. Who wouldn’t love to taste test! Her favorite is the pumpkin spice white chocolate chip cookie. I mostly bake my family’s birthdays cakes as requested and brownies.

How would you use the $10,000?
If I am selected to be The Greatest Baker, I’d use the $10,000 to invest into my passion for baking. To create the dream bakery I’ve always wanted whether it’s a store front or mobile bakery truck for event opportunities, birthday parties , schools, offices or neighborhoods.
