Sandi grew up in East TN. She actually went to Dolly Parton’s High School in Sevier County, where there was a life size statue of Dolly, Sandi knew about all the great things that Dolly did for the community first hand. She never forgot where she came from, Dolly was a great person who is with her Savior now. Rest In Peace Dolly.
