Alright everyone, its getting close to that time of the year again.

For anyone that is going to participate this year please remember ABSOLUTELY NO PRE MARINATED MEAT! Meat will be inspected at time of check-in.

This year we will be implementing a $20 entry fee. That will automatically enter you into the Adam Mahon fajita challenge , and the Bloody Mary contest that we will be adding this year. We will be doing payouts for both.

As of now date and time is not set in stone, but are shooting for mid July. I'll be posting again soon with more information.

Welcome everyone to the official page. This is were everyone will be updated about future events. We had a good turn out this year, but hopefully it grows a little each year. Thank you to all the cooks we had this year, and congratulations to Chris for taking home the gold. I'm looking forward to next year.
