We’re hiring Event Floral Assistants 🌸✨
(Depending on interest and availability, we may bring on multiple people for this role.)
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to help bring events to life behind the scenes and on-site. This is a creative, hands-on position that requires flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
This is an as-needed position and hours will vary based on our event schedule.
Availability:
Weekday hours are very flexible and will typically range from 3–8 hours
Weekend availability is required, primarily Fridays and Saturdays.
Responsibilities may include:
Processing flowers and prepping supplies for event designs
Assisting with floral design work as needed
Preparing and packing event florals and décor for transport
Assistance with deliveries
Helping with on-site installations, setups, and breakdowns
Assisting with other creative projects and outlets beyond flowers as needed
What we’re looking for:
Positive attitude & friendly personality
Dependable with a strong work ethic (very important!)
Willing to work hard and jump into whatever is needed
Not afraid of physical work or getting a little dirty
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Highly organized (help keep up with the creative chaos!)
Exceptional customer service skills
Able to lift at least 50 lbs
Team player with flexibility
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Good driving record (delivery assistance may be needed)
Weekend availability is a must
Bonus:
Floral experience is great, but not required
