Hello Friends!
I’m sorry it’s been so quiet over here the past few months. In all honesty, it hasn’t been a great summer for me or the shop. In addition to the always fun challenges of running a small business while navigating mental and physical health issues, I sadly also lost all 12 of our community tents to a brief but apparently fierce windstorm at the beginning of July. It was a large mental and financial loss (which I was only able to recoup a portion of through insurance.) Running the shop solo this year took more out of me than I realized and I wasn’t able to mentally adjust thus the lack of posts, markets, and classes this season.

Sales had already been down pretty significantly this year so that coupled with the tent losses and this challenging summer has put me in a tough financial position.

The good news is that I’ve been working on evolving through the situation and am excited to start adding markets and classes back into our calendar starting in September. I will not be able to replace the community tents this season, but there will be plenty of space for vendors who are able to bring their own. Stay tuned for market announcements this weekend!
I’ve also started adding classes to the Fall calendar, check online for what’s current and more will be added throughout the rest of the month.

I know times are really tough for everyone right now ~ any purchase you can make right now means the world to me and helps keep the bills paid and the doors open 💛 Stop in the shop to see what’s new or grab a gift certificate online for yourself or a friend. Anything and everything will help!

I will be posting more in the coming days but just wanted to get this update out there to everyone.
