The Predecessors The Predecessors puts a twist on Estate Sales by combining multiple estates into one beautifully arranged store! Monday - Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday 10-3pm

10/14/2026

A tiny peek at what we’ve been working on for months, firstly clearing it of all the “stuff” we were going to get to one day (and by one day we mean 10 years of stuff!), then repairing and painting walls and patching a GIANT hole in the ceiling (we are still working on that but now we don’t have an internal rain shower room 😂) finding the right furniture and finally (and most importantly) Megan getting frustrated the work had stalled and pretty much finishing it all herself!

So please enjoy the LAM!
Our brand new Library, Art and Media room! We will have a tiny bit more work to do, but we trust that we can let you in and you’ll be able to see our vision!!

Your Predecessors Team.

Hey glorious family!
we have something amazing to share!
We are working with the Skagit Habitat for Humanity to help raise funds for their annual Fundraising Gala, its going to be glorious, but as you know, Not for Profits need help, and this year we are gathering gifts of between 50-100 to have in their silent auction. So if you have some quirky skill, are an artist, own a store, run a bank, make stuff, cook stuff or are just a general Badasssssss and want to help an amazing cause, please drop us a line, [email protected] or message us here!
If you donate something great for them, we might be able to do something kind for you one day as well!!

All donations must be received by April 1 (not joking hahah)
