Whether it’s a 200-year-old tobacco barn from Kentucky, a Ming dynasty Chinese temple, or an actual old floor from a civil war era home or from an old European farmhouse, each of our floors has the character, beauty, and history that can only be created by time. We also provide authentic antique hand-hewn and rough-sawn beams and other reclaimed building materials.

Miguel making final adjustments before the next run of reclaimed wood flooring.

At this stage, the joint is being carefully cut into each board to ensure a proper fit during installation. Even the smallest adjustment matters.

Before reaching this point, each board has already gone through a long process. Hidden nails and metal are removed, the wood is milled and prepared, and the character of the reclaimed lumber is preserved every step of the way.

Here, the joint is being added along the length of the board. The next step is adding the same joint to the ends, allowing each piece to fit together throughout the floor.

From the first nail removed to the final milling process, every step takes place in-house.

A beam like this changes a room.

Crafted from resawn white oak, this custom box beam measures just shy of 30 feet in length. The resawn texture brings out the natural grain and character of the oak, giving the beam the look and feel of a timber that has always belonged in the space.

One of the things we love most about resawn oak is that it doesn’t try too hard. It feels natural. The texture catches light differently throughout the day, adding warmth, depth, and character that smooth surfaces simply can’t replicate.

Built to look like a single solid beam, this piece is now ready for its next chapter.

Every reclaimed beam is carefully inspected by hand, with every nail and hidden piece of metal removed to preserve the integrity of the wood before the craftsmanship begins. Once restored, these centuries old beams can be transformed into custom box beams and mantels.

Every beam starts here…

Shaping, refining, and bringing each panel into line… one pass at a time.

The character stays… the structure gets dialed in.

Built for stability… not just appearance.

Resawn white oak panels being placed onto a plywood core… a key step that helps control movement, reduce warping, and maintain long-term straightness.

Wood naturally shifts… this system is designed to manage it.

Here, rift oak is being carefully hand-treated… with Gustavo applying bleach to open up the tone and bring out a cleaner, more refined character in the wood.

From there, each board moves through our finishing process… receiving three coats of water-based finish, applied by machine for consistency and an even, controlled application.

Every stage is intentional.
Every board is inspected before moving forward.

This is how you achieve a finish that looks right… and performs long-term.

Another shipment arrives… and with it, the next chapter begins.

Rough cut, full of texture, and shaped by time… each piece carries its own character before the process even starts.

This is where it all begins… raw material, real weight, real history.

From here, every cut, every detail, every finish… handled in-house.
