Had this 04 4runner limited in the shop last couple days. The XREAS system had failed. As well as the Air springs in the rear. The replacement parts are pretty spendy, and the customer was willing to give up the system for safty and comfort. The 4 Runner was basically bottomed out. No suspension. It was literally riding on the bump stops. So I pulled the XREAS system out and the rear air springs. I replaced with new coil springs, to replace the rear air bags. New beefed up shocks in the rear, and new beefed up struts up front. Customer is happy, and it’s safe to drive.

I’ve been working on a motorhome for a couple days. Complete sound shield job on the front floor, doors, and under the stairs to help with road noise. I also added some sound in the rear, as it only had front speakers in the doors. Pulling the cabinets apart to get the wires hidden away was quite the chore.

Ford Raptor radio upgrade today. This is a pretty nice upgrade from factory, with a 9 inch screen.

Had this charger in the shop yesterday for some new headlight housings. It’s amazing the front clip is one giant piece.

2 JL audio 12’s in a one of a kind custom box, built for this SRT Jeep. I took a fiberglass mold of the passenger side to maximize the air space needed for the subs, also keeping the box tucked back to maximize floor space. I had to build a new floor to access the spare tire. The new floor was cut right in front of the box so that you can remove it for easy access to the tire, and jack. The box itself is mounted to the other portion of the floor which is mounted in side the spare tire well. The subs pound! It looks just as amazing as it sounds! The cover over the box is a separate piece wrapped in a beautiful Vynal and mounted from inside the box.

New engine in an 07 4 runner. 229,000 miles on car. New engine has 75,000 miles. If you need mechanical work done. Air is fast and reasonable on prices. Tomorrow it’s getting new axle shafts. Feels good to learn another side of a vehicle, other than the electronic side. Life is good.

I always forget to post pictures when I am done. 1970 chevelle SS. Full system. Vintage audio radio with Bluetooth and preouts for a Audio dynamics 6 channel amplifier. Looks like factory, sounds even better. Hertz 6x9 in the rear deck tray. Morel components in the kick panels and tweeters in the doors, Hertz 10 inch sub in a box behind the panels. Front and rear facing cameras with 8 hour back up battery with auto record, and shock sensor. A nice big new rear view touch screen mirror monitor. Complete custom trunk build all built and designed from scratch. The trunk has a big lockable area for storage as well as some smaller storage areas with handles. A full sound shield instillation was done front to back. Fully equipped Viper 2 way alarm, back up battery, power locks, tilt sensor, and gps tracker. The dash was taken apart sanded repaired and repainted. The sub frame of the dash was sandblasted and powder coated.
