It is with a heavy heart that we must ask for your grace as we get your next batch of orders out the door. We recently lost one of our Great American family members... Dan Rinker, my father and one of the best Basement Trolls I've had the pleasure of working alongside, is now dancing and singing with Jesus.
Full disclosure, this season has been extremely tough. We've been through Anderson's historic flood seeing our homes and shops destroyed, we got our first massive shipment out overseas, received a shocking Stage 4 pancreatic cancer diagnosis, did hospice, and now coming back from dad's passing... It's been a rollercoaster.
That being said, we are back in the shop feverishly making the best pastels on the planet! So thank you for your understanding and patience as we get your orders moving in a timely manner.
