KITTEN ALERT! There is a very cute silver-mackerel tabby stray kitten bouncing around the children's playground area of the Anderson First United Methodist Church in downtown Anderson at Jackson and 11th St. You need to see the pointy antennae! No photo of the little fuzz-bucket. The kitten distribution system is requiring you to go to church this weekend to pay homage to this little deity. Bring tithes for the furball. :)

Today we dyed the first batch of our new base, Nephele! Nephele is a soft and fluffy kid mohair/silk blend, and due to a math error--er, happy accident, this batch is a darker color than intended but still lovely.

WRIST PAIN: My master's thesis was on hand problems of pianists and causes by improper training and techniques. For wrist problems, many people will quickly mention carpal tunnels syndrome due to the media coverage and limited medical knowledge. Unfortunately, the wrist is complicated. There are many more conditions that cause pain. The trick is to identify the exact location/cause instead of using a generic description. This video series is worth watching. This link takes you to the master video. It describes close to a dozen problems. There are secondary videos listed in the description that will provide further information on the specific condition. I highly recommend watching. Very informative. This eleven-minute video is something you really need to memorize. It is a tremendous starting point. Charles

St. Stanislaus Polish Festival. The buttered and dill potatoes are always awesome. Stuffed cabbage is yummy. Pierogies were over-cooked. The Milk Barn is different. It is self-serve. Frozen meats, ice-cream, and milk. The area smells of cows. Chocolate milk is yummy. Chocolate Peanut-Butter Ice-cream is good. Worth trying. This area is swarming with cows.
