This combined kitchen/dining renovation was quite the transformation. So much warmer now, and look how the new tile moves the fireplace center stage! 🩵 🔥

We raised the sunken floor by the fireplace, as it inhibited the use and position of the dining table. A seamless, hardwood floor throughout the entire space creates a better flow and continuity with the rest of the first floor.✨
