Kyocera is a Japanese company that specializes in advanced ceramic knives, which are known for being extremely sharp, lightweight, and long-lasting. The knives are made from a proprietary zirconia ceramic material and are rust-proof, non-porous, and won’t transfer metallic taste or react with acidic foods. With proper care (and not dropping it) they maintain a razor sharp edge for a long time. We have a nice range of shapes, as well as a couple sets and a ceramic honing rod!
