Moody greens, layered textures, and warm walnut tones come together in this custom breakfast nook designed as a seamless extension of the kitchen. ✨

We wanted this space to feel intimate and collected, a place for slow mornings, casual dinners, homework sessions, and everything in between. The built-in banquette maximizes seating while adding architectural interest, and the dramatic green millwork creates the perfect backdrop for the vintage-inspired rug, sculptural lighting, and curated artwork.

One of our favorite details? The mix of materials and tones that make the space feel elevated yet approachable; from the dark stone tabletop to the warm brass accents and soft patterned textiles.

A breakfast nook should feel more than functional, it should feel like a destination within the home.

Our client asked for a refined, NYC loft-inspired feel for their Alexandria condo, and we delivered.

This space strikes the perfect balance between cozy and tailored, layering rich textures like velvet, leather, and warm wood tones with subtle metal accents for a polished, collected look. The palette feels calm and grounded, while the mix of materials adds depth and interest throughout.

Oversized artwork anchors the living area, creating that gallery-like moment, while the custom built-in desk and shelving bring both function and intention: designed to feel integrated, not added on. Every piece has a purpose, and nothing feels accidental.

The result is a space that feels elevated yet livable; curated, warm, and quietly sophisticated.
