The Arnold Palmer golf print

The prints are signed and numbered by me, the artist. Shipping is free. They are 26 x 30" on acid free paper. These are original lithographs not digital prints. There's only enough left for 12 people in each of the 50 states to own one, then they're gone.

Though Arnold Palmer's father had polio as a child and was partially disabled, he was the greens keeper at a modest golf course in Pennsylvania..where he eventually became the resident pro..Arnold grew up accompanying his dad and learning about the great players of that era..He set the goal for himself to repeat Ben Hogan's record of winning the two biggest American titles and also the British cup. American pro golfers had stopped playing across the pond in the 1950's due to the low purse amount compared to the mainland and the radically different links of the courses in Britain..
This didn't deter Arnold and he entered the tourney in 1960 after having been a pro five years and winning the major American tournaments..He finished one shot down that year but went back to win in 1961..By returning to Britain he excited the fans, renewed interest in playing there, and internationalized golf more than ever before..
