Don’t Fear the Reaper in Downtown Anoka!

This Halloween Saturday, October 31st, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, a haunting presence will be wandering through the Halloween Capital of the World!

Keep your eyes open as the Grim Reaper lurks along Main and surrounding streets, offering brave passersby a chance to reach into his mysterious bag of tricks and treats.

Do you dare to test your luck?

If you encounter the Grim Reaper on the streets of downtown Anoka, show off your Halloween costume for a chance to draw a prize directly from his bag.

But beware—the Reaper plays by his own rules! You might pull out a wicked trick, or you could walk away with a sweet treat.

The small businesses of Discover Anoka have offered up over 70 fantastic prizes to fill the Reaper's bag, including a stunning Grand Prize courtesy of Dan Gould Jewelers!

Participants must be 18 years or older and dressed in costume!

We'll see you in the Halloween Capital of the World Saturday October 31st!

A little of our style, a lot of our favorite things.

One of the things we enjoy most about owning Favorite Things is putting it all together. A freshly refinished piece of furniture, a vase full of florals, a few smaller details—and suddenly we have a new favorite corner of the store.

We’re always moving things around and trying different combinations. Sometimes one piece gets the whole display started, and sometimes we keep adjusting until it feels right. It’s a chance for both of us to bring our own style into the store and share a little inspiration for your home, too.

And if you’ve ever come back for something and found it in a completely different spot…there’s a good chance one of us decided it looked better over there 😂
