Add the locks? Or too much? My original plan was yes, but when I blended the fiber, lots of white came through. Now I think the locks will be too intense for the yarn.

On the other hand, the fiber changes so much when spun, so the colors in the batt may show up brighter when I start to spin them… 🧐

Another finished and one started on the frame, this one is really fluffy and thick. It’s hot now, but if you are cold natured, this is going to be the one to keep the chill off in the coming months. And if you like the yarn, there are still 2 skeins left at Studio 256 😘

I told yall I would keep you updated, but I’m not gonna lie, this yarn is giving so much grief. I think it’s going to be amazing when it’s all said and done, but between the little tuffs snagging and all the colors and my eyes going cross eyed, I’ll be glad when it’s finished. 😵‍💫😵‍💫

3rd shawl in the works while still waiting on my new wheel 😩

Not my usual handspun, this is some yarn that caught my eye at a festival awhile back, it’s interesting to say the least, and is stretchy. Will be fun to see how it turns out. Will keep you updated as always 😘
